professional Development experiences
Participated in Family Mentorship Program: Spring 2015
During this experience, I had the privilege of working with a family that has three children, one of whom has a brain injury. They invited me into their home and we had a wonderful discussion on what it is like living with a child with a disability. They are such wonderful and caring parents. It was interesting to see what they went through on a day to day basis with their children. It was such an amazing experience, one I will never forget.
